The ovner and the stuff was very kind and give us all the information we need. Room was very nice and clean. The location of the hotel is super. We had a great time and we recommend this beautiful place.

The hotel is near a street, it has a good view. And it is close to the railway station, it also near a boat stop which can send you to the airport. The check in staff(a man) is very helpful and friendly.

Good location outside the main tourist area, while still easily reached from both the Airport, Train Station and San Marco Square, and surrounded by a nice neighbourhood with cheap cafes and bars frequented by locals and students. We arrived late and despite nobody being there, everything was set in order and it was all neatly arranged.

Good location, near railway station and interesting north Venetian area. Easy to find. Not in the hot spots but perfect for walking around town at night and have a few drinks.
